Staff Team Update

Brit Sec’s ongoing success has made it necessary to expand the staff team even further. The following appointments have been made:

Goole Office

In September 2016, Liam Lattimore (top left) was employed as Operations Manager for the north of England. Liam is based in our Goole Office and looks after a portfolio of our northern and Scottish manned guarding sites.

London Office

In November 2016, Neil Dolman (top centre) was appointed as Branch Manager at our London office. Neil looks after our manned guarding and leisure security operations in London.

Midlands Office

In November 2016, Jessica Peltier (top right) and Rachel St Martin (middle left) were both appointed as HR and Vetting Administrators, specifically to ensure that all Brit Sec Security Management staff are vetted to BS 7858 (British Standard for vetting of private security personnel).

Also In November 2016, Kelly Twells (middle centre) was appointed as Accounts Assistant and Chloe Abbott (middle right) was appointed as Telesales Administrator.

In December 2016, Stuart Smith (bottom right) was appointed as Finance Director.

In January 2017, Danny Mondesir (bottom centre) was appointed as General Manager. Danny oversees the development of the leisure security and close protection services across the UK. Also, Kerri Yates (bottom left) was appointed as Telesales Administrator.

Selecting the best staff team

All candidates were subject to a rigorous recruitment process before being successful in their applications to work for Brit Sec. The company believes that it is important to select the best staff in order to form a robust infrastructure to guarantee the success of the business.

Across the UK, Brit Sec continues to recruit staff for the large number of Manned Guarding and Leisure sites by placing competent, experienced individuals into a variety of assignments including Static Guarding, Dog Handling, Stewarding and Door Supervision.
