Brit Sec settle in to new head office. Since moving into our much larger head office building in April 2018, the team have settled into their new space well.
We now have dedicated offices for each department across the business, from Operations through to Sales and Accounts.
The most exciting piece of news is that we now boast our own control room. Brit Sec now has a manned control for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring our customers receive only the very best service.
Brit Sec’s state-of-the-art Control Centre is responsible for ensuring our operations run smoothly – and our customers and Security Officers receive the very best support and communication.
Operating 24 hours a day, the Control Centre allows our Security Officers to call for assistance and advice at any time, ensuring no Officer is isolated. Every Officer contacts the Control Centre regularly. If they do not, strict procedures will alert our management team and, if necessary, our customer and the emergency services.
The Control Centre’s computerised systems automatically log routine calls and shift change calls. This means the Control Centre staff can immediately answer queries, check missed security calls, and react to any emergency.
We also have 2 large meeting areas enabling us to host customers old and new should they wish to visit, whilst having the benefit of now being in the position to hold a full staff meeting in one place should the need arise. In addition, the extra space in our new building has allowed us to have a full break-out area for the staff that comes complete with a pool table and arcade game!
